Marcia Hoffheins

Marcia is the CEO creator and founder of Make Shift Happen Programming, Executive Coach and Human Design Energy Guide. She has been an entrepreneur for the past 20 years of her life after leaving a successful career as an Executive at America Online.

She has always followed her passion(s) and listened strongly to her intuition. She’s been a leader in the wellness field for over 20 years and has been leading women to their greatest potential for the past 10 years. She brings humor, lightheartedness, and a firm belief that we are all here to live our fullest most powerful life to the program. She is the host of The Storytellers Podcast and hosts a variety of in-person personal development and growth programs throughout the year.

Marcia is a Certified Executive Coach through the ICF and holds numerous other credentials in the energetic healing space.

Angela Goodman

Angela Goodman, Founder of Valkyrie Ventures Group and Eateries of Loudoun, has a passion for helping people unlock their Financial Mindset!

After spending 15 years working for a Fortune 50 she ventured out on her own in 2016 and never looked back. After opening the first Virginia location of a popular Charlotte-based brunch franchise, Famous Toastery, Angela now splits her time with small business owners to unlock problems with cashflow challenges, financial mindset, and workforce development.

It is her mission to help eradicate Entrepreneurial Poverty utilizing the tools of Profit First (Mike Michalowicz) as an Advanced Certified Profit First Professional.
